No pressure and no obligation. Tell us what you're considering, and we'll help you identify the most practical next step.
Many homeowners end up coordinating designers, suppliers, subcontractors, permits, and schedules themselves—because no single team owns the full process.
When design, budget, and construction are handled separately, plans can be created without realistic cost guardrails. Bids become difficult to compare, responsibility gets fragmented, and expensive decisions are pushed into the construction phase.
CTC brings planning, design, materials, construction, and oversight into one coordinated process. You get clearer expectations, one accountable team, and a project plan grounded in a realistic investment range before construction begins.
Whether you are updating one important room or reworking the flow of your entire home, CTC aligns design decisions with construction realities from the beginning.
Create a kitchen designed around how you cook, gather, store, and live—with cabinetry, materials, lighting, appliances, and layout decisions coordinated before construction begins.
Create a bathroom that feels refined, functions naturally, and holds up to daily use through thoughtful layouts, durable materials, and carefully executed tile details.
Coordinate multiple rooms, structural changes, finishes, systems, and construction phases through one cohesive plan instead of treating the home as a collection of disconnected projects.
The goal is not to eliminate every unknown. It is to resolve the important decisions early enough that you can move forward with realistic expectations.
We discuss your goals, timing, and realistic investment range first—preventing design from moving forward without financial guardrails.
Layout, materials, and scope are developed around how you live and what the project needs to accomplish—not just what looks good in isolation.
CTC coordinates trades, permits, inspections, materials, and daily decisions so you stay informed without becoming the project manager.

We met Kent the beginning of Dec last year. We had been trying to get a contractor to remodel our kitchen for 2 years and we had nothing but false starts and no shows. We liked him from the start, he was honest and personable. His contract was professional and easy to understand. His price was where we wanted to be. His stone people were great to work with. But beyond that, Kent's woodworking skills were impressive. He rebuilt a cabinet that matched the existing ones so perfectly you could never tell the difference! He custom built us a range hood and made it work in our not so perfect measurements. He came through for us in every way!
We hired Kent and his team to remodel our kitchen (new cabinets, countertop, backsplash, sink, appliance install) and were very happy with the results. We even encountered some surprises along the way once demo was complete and Kent was great about walking us through our options and finding both cost-effective and appropriate solutions to keep us within our budget and design. Everything came out better than we hoped and was completed on time!
Absolutely STELLAR experience. Kent and his highly skilled team tackled an entire kitchen remodel, bathroom remodel, flooring installation, etc. and did a wonderful job. Exceeded all of my expectations!
Beautifully designed. Precisely built. Personally managed.
Craftsman's Touch Construction is led by Kent, a hands-on remodeling professional who understands both the creative vision and the technical execution required to make a renovation work.
CTC coordinates the details homeowners should not have to manage alone—from realistic planning and material decisions to permits, inspections, subcontractors, and construction oversight.
The result is not a promise that nothing unexpected will happen. It is the confidence of knowing who is responsible for addressing it when it does.
CTC is best suited for homeowners who value planning, craftsmanship, clear communication, and one coordinated team—not simply the lowest initial bid.
During the initial phone conversation, we'll discuss the scope you're considering and whether your expectations align with the likely investment. The goal is to give you useful clarity before either side commits to a more detailed process.
The first step is a short phone conversation. CTC learns about your project goals, location, timing, and realistic investment range, explains the budget-first approach, and determines whether the project appears to be a mutual fit. If both sides want to proceed, CTC will explain the next step, which may include an in-home walkthrough.
CTC is best suited for significant kitchen renovations, primary or guest bathroom renovations, multiple-room or whole-home remodeling, layout changes and integrated finish upgrades, hardwood flooring within a larger renovation, and custom trim, railings, mantels, cabinetry, and architectural details.
CTC begins by discussing your goals, priorities, timing, and realistic investment range. This prevents the design from moving forward without financial guardrails. Material selections, layout decisions, and scope details are then developed within that range so you can make informed choices about what the project will actually cost before construction begins.
If the project appears to be a mutual fit, CTC explains the next step, which may include an in-home walkthrough to evaluate the space in detail. From there, the budget-first process moves into design development, scope definition, material selections, and pre-construction planning before construction begins.
CTC is based in Centennial and serves surrounding South Denver communities. During the initial phone conversation, we'll confirm whether your location falls within our active service area and discuss your project in the context of your community.
Earlier is better. Because CTC limits the number of active projects at any given time to maintain owner-led oversight, scheduling can depend on current availability. Reaching out early gives both sides time to discuss your goals, confirm fit, and plan the project timeline before construction begins.
Tell us what you're considering. In one short call, you'll have a clearer sense of whether the project makes sense, what a realistic investment may look like, and what happens next. No pressure either way.
